What are your branch locations and hours?
We have two branch locations. 600 S Lincoln Ave in Steamboat Springs, CO and 435 Mack Lane in Craig, CO

How can I find my routing number?
Our routing number is 102106705. This can be used universally for ACH, Checks and Wires. You can also find this on the bottom of your checks.
How can I find my account number?
You can find your account number on your statement, in the top right hand corner. It is also easy to locate via the mobile app by clicking on the eye icon beside your truncated account number to view it completely. You can also find the account number on your checks with the routing number.

Send a wire transfer
Please call your local branch immediately 970-879-2993 or 970-824-3600, or come in person to send a domestic or international wire. You can also email instructions securely through your online login and the contact us option.
How do I open a bank account?
You can open your personal bank accounts online, or in branch. You can also email info@yampavalleybank.com to get the process started for your new personal or business account.

Payment Options
How Can I Make Payments?
If you have access to your loan online, you can make a payment to your loan via your online banking. You simply login and go to your transfers page. Select the account you want the payment to come from and select the loan that you want to make the payment on. You can chose your date, payment type and amount. If you would like to make a payment at the branch locations, our knowledgeable staff can handle payments for you in person as well. You can also set up automatic loan payments online or in person to avoid the manual process and late fees if you forget!

Online Banking
How do I enroll in Online Banking?
To enroll in online banking on the website- in the LOG IN box, in the top right hand corner, there is an small enroll button in white. You will then be asked for information to verify you and take you to the online enrollment. If you are enrolling on the app- there is an enroll now option below the password box. Click on that option and it will walk you through verification steps as well.
How do I enroll in Zelle?
To enroll in Zelle for the first time you have to go into the Website, not the app, to accept terms and conditions. Once you are logged in click on BILLPAYMENT, in the upper right of the online banking screen. Read and accept terms and conditions. You will then click on Send Money with Zelle and it will walk you through the process of setting up a Zelle profile. Remember only send Zelle to people who you know personally!
How do I enroll in eStatements?
To enroll in Estatements, you must log onto the webite. If you are first time user, you will be prompted to open a PDF, read terms and conditions and then enter a 4 digit access code that is on the bottom of the PDF. If you are a current user and want to enroll in online banking, click on PROFILE in the upper right hand corner of your online banking and then click on ESTATEMENTS. You will be able to enroll and choose which accounts you wish to have on Estatements.
I forgot my online banking password, what do I do?
If you’ve forgotten your online banking password, click on the forgot password link in the login box. This will take you to a page to verify some information and request a new password be sent to your email address.

Report any fraud to our card support center at 970-879-9200. You can always call your local branch as well at 970-879-2993 or 970-824-3600 to report fraud. Lastly you can also send an email to info@yampavalleybank.com for less urgent matters.
Activate my debit card
Call 1-800-992-3803 to activate your debit card and select a pin. Be ready with your card and be prepared to provide personal identifying information for the activation.
Debit card dispute status
Please call our Steamboat Branch at 970-879-2993 or email us at info@yampavalleybank.com to check on the status of your disputed transaction.
My debit card is blocked; How I can unblock it?
Call our card support center at 970-879-9200 to review recent transctions and investigate why your card isn’t working.
Increase debit card purchase/ATM limits
Please call 970-879-9200 to request a limit increase.
Register debit card on Digital Wallet
If you have been referred to your institution for verification by your digital wallet, please call 970-879-9200 to request activation for Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.
Change debit card PIN
Call 1-800-992-3803 to select a pin. Be ready with your card and be prepared to provide personal identifying information to request your new pin.
